Booking Your Appointment
You are responsible for booking the service that best represents your hair's current length and density. Your digital consultation and photos help guide your selection, but your hair will also be assessed in person when you arrive.
Pricing + Additional Time
All pricing is subject to change without notice as our menu and services evolve. If your hair requires more time than originally reserved due to length, density, detangling needs, or information that wasn't clear through your digital consultation/photos, your service and price may be adjusted. Any necessary adjustment will be discussed before your service begins.
Preparing for Your Curl Cut
Please arrive with your hair washed, conditioned, styled with one product, completely dry, detangled, and worn down so I can see your natural curl pattern, shape, length, and density.
APPOINTMENTS + CANCELLATIONS
You're in Control of Your Appointment
Need to reschedule or cancel? Simply sign into your online booking account and manage your appointment there. Texting, emailing, calling, or messaging the salon does not cancel or reschedule an appointment.
48-Hour Policy
Please make all changes at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows within the 48-hour window are subject to a 50% service fee.
Running Late?
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest's appointment isn't affected.
YOUR VISIT
Private Studio Experience
Curly Hair Alchemist is a private, one-on-one salon experience. Please arrive without additional guests unless you are a parent or guardian accompanying a teen receiving a Teen Curl Cut.
Teen Curl Services
Teen Curl Cuts are specifically designed for ages 13–17, with education for both the teen and accompanying parent/guardian. Haircut services are not offered for children 12 and under.
Results + Home Care
Every head of curls is different. Curl pattern, hair condition, environment, previous treatments, products, and home-care habits can all affect your results, so recommendations are personalized to what we discover during your appointment.
These policies are established by Curly Hair Alchemist and apply to all appointments, services, cancellations, rescheduling, fees, and transactions made with the salon. Policies and pricing are subject to change as our services and business practices evolve; the terms in effect at the time of booking apply to that appointment.
By scheduling an appointment and completing the required booking acknowledgments, the client confirms that they have been provided access to, have reviewed, and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, cancellation policy, service pricing, and booking requirements.
